Las Pasadas is a modern 87 home development approximately one mile within the western boundary of the City of Santa Paula, which is located 65 miles northwest of Los Angeles and 14 miles east of Ventura and the coastline of the Pacific Ocean.

Santa Paula is the geographical center of Ventura County, situated in the rich agricultural Santa Clara River Valley. Las Pasadas is surrounded by rolling hills and rugged mountain peaks in addition to orange, lemon and avocado groves.

Las Pasadas is reached from the west on Telegraph road or state route 126 and from the east on state route 126. State route 150 connects Santa Paula to Ojai to the north.
